Sunrise Supported Living seeks an Administration Officer for a 6 month fixed contract to cover parental leave. The successful candidate will welcome visitors, guests, and residents, transfer calls, and take messages.
About the Village
The Sunrise Village is a 106-unit Retirement Village focused on independence and community living. Residents can prepare meals at home or join the Village dining room.
Responsibilities
* Assist with projects using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
* Provide administrative support to management.
* Manage walk-in clients and enquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
* Answer incoming telephone calls promptly.
* Maintain office message systems.
* Collect and disseminate mail and courier deliveries.
Requirements
* Previous experience in administration.
* Effective time management and project prioritization.
* Pleasant attitude and excellent customer service ethic.
* Teamwork and goal achievement.
* Flexibility with hours when workloads demand.
