Laundy Hotels are seeking Chefs to join the team at The Orana Hotel located in Blacksmiths in the Lake Macquarie region NSW.
Located centrally in Blacksmiths lies the Orana Hotel, a local's favourite. With mouth-watering pizzas to ice cold beer, the Orana hotel is the locals place to wind down.

THE OPPORTUNITY
Reporting to the Head Chef as a Chef of The Orana Hotel, you are responsible for but not limited to:
* Preparing and producing dishes on the line with our highly efficient and harmonious kitchen team
* Maintaining high level kitchen standards and quality
* Support junior chefs in their training and development
* Assisting in achieving consistent GP and wage results
* Overseeing the food preparation, cooking and cleaning processes
* Ensuring compliance with hygiene and health and safety regulations
* Assist in the efficient Kitchen operations

* Demonstrated experience as a Chef or cook
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong commitment to delivering excellence
