The Equipment Management Team is seeking a highly motivated individual to assist with asset management.
This role plays a key part in supporting policies and processes to maintain and oversee physical assets, ensuring data integrity and records management, database administration, contract management, invoice receipting, and other project-related tasks.
Responsibilities include:
* Assisting with equipment management, including data and records management.
* Providing administrative support for the Equipment Management Team.
* Ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks and projects.
Requirements:
* A detail-oriented and organised individual.
* Demonstrated experience with databases and strong knowledge of MS Office suite.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
This is a working-from-home position, with occasional meetings required at the office.
The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work independently, and possess strong analytical and organisational abilities.
