Site Learning Manager Opportunity
As a Site Training and Learning Manager, you will play a vital role in shaping the skills and knowledge of our team members. This is a unique chance to lead the development of training programs and ensure high standards of safety, quality, productivity, and customer experience.
In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing standardized training programs, tracking progress at local and network levels, and leading a team of Training Coordinators. Your expertise in coaching and development of employees, along with prior experience working with and delivering training & information to employees, will be invaluable assets to our organization.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* Degree in a related discipline (Business, Human Resources etc.)
* Demonstrated experience in coaching and development of employees
* Prior experience working with and delivering training & information to employees
* Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
* Ability to work at pace and with ambiguity
* Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize and work to tight deadlines
* Strong communication skills across all levels of the organization
* Experience developing & implementing department goals & strategies based on organizational strategies
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Experience leading a team of between 1-8 hourly team members (including day-to-day activities and ongoing development)
* Resume that shows steady progression and ability to adapt well to fast-paced environments with changing circumstances, direction, and strategy.
* Desire to thrive in a dynamic, growing environment.
* Previous Kaizen/Continuous Improvement experience.
* Cert IV in Training & Assessment would be advantageous
* Supporting training within a site with a large amount of forklift activity
