Jason Windows employs around 340 employees, operates out of our purpose-built premises in Welshpool and has an office in Bunbury supporting the South-West region. It is widely recognised for its premium aluminium window and door products in the WA market.
The Role
We are looking for a Service Technician to join our Service Team in Bunbury to service our extensive window and door product range throughout both the building and warranty period. You will be out on the road and will perform anywhere from 8 to 12 service requests per day. The successful applicant will be provided with full on-the-job training of our products.
The successful applicant will initially buddy up with an experienced Service Technician and be provided with full on-the-job training to understand our product types and their servicing requirements. Once training is complete, you will be provided a service vehicle, mobile phone and allocated a daily service run.
Role responsibilities
* Servicing of Jason Windows's range of products including windows, doors, security doors/screens, fly doors/screens
* De-glazing and re-glazing of windows and doors
* Updating completion of jobs
* High customer service levels
About You
* Hold a valid Drivers' License
* Hold a Construction White Card or ability to obtain one
* Able to use hand and power tools.
* Must be physically fit with no limitations. A drug and alcohol and fitness assessment will be part of the recruitment process.
* Understanding of Jason Windows products would be advantageous but not essential as full on the job training is provided on our range.
* Trade certificate Glazier, Locksmith or Carpenter would be highly regarded, however not essential.
* Able to liaise with customers including home owners or building supervisors.
* Must have high Customer Service skills with the ability to communicate well in person and over the phone.
