Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a team of educators to deliver high-quality early childhood education programs.
* Develop and implement curriculum plans that meet the needs of children aged 0-5 years.
* Maintain a safe and healthy learning environment that promotes physical and emotional wellbeing.
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve centre goals and objectives.
Requirements
* Diploma qualification in Children's Services or related field.
* Proven experience as an educator in an Early Childhood setting.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
* Current Working with Children Check.
