Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for performing complex repairs and maintenance on vehicles in accordance with dealership standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Test-drive vehicles and diagnose issues using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
* Perform repairs and maintenance on automotive systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
* Communicate directly with customers to inform them of any additional services needed and provide estimates of time required for repairs.
* Execute repairs under warranty according to manufacturer specifications.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* At least 2 years of experience as a Service Technician.
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Diagnostic, Electrical, and Engine Repair certifications (B level).
* Dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
* Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies.
* Positive attitude, eagerness to improve, and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
* Team player with effective collaboration skills.
* Ability to learn new technology, repair, and service procedures and specifications.
* Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
