About the Role
We're seeking a skilled and organised Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team at Clark Tanks. In this full‑time role based in Dalby, Queensland, you will support our sales team and ensure efficient and effective customer service across all aspects of our business.
What you'll be doing
* Providing administrative support to the sales team, including processing orders, generating quotes, and maintaining client records.
* Responding to customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
* Liaising with other departments to ensure the smooth flow of information and the timely completion of tasks.
* Maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date records in our CRM system.
* Providing support for special projects and initiatives as required.
What we're looking for
* Experience in a sales or customer service administration role.
* Strong organisational and time‑management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
* A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively.
* Proven experience in manufacturing, production, or operations leadership.
* Strong understanding of inventory control and stock management practices.
* Confidence in building and managing staff rosters, with the ability to plan ahead for peak periods and leave coverage.
* Demonstrated ability to improve efficiency across workflows, output, and consumable use.
* Sound knowledge of WH&S, QMS, and product compliance requirements.
* Excellent communication and reporting skills, with the ability to support senior management across daily operations and continuous improvement.
* Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
* A team‑focused leader who can motivate staff and foster a positive, productive workplace culture.
