About the role
The Program Change Manager leads end-to-end change management for the Member & Customer Experience program – a fast‑paced, customer‑facing transformation initiative with multiple work streams and a significant technology uplift. This role must ensure smooth transitions, stakeholder engagement, and successful adoption across the program. This is a 12‑month fixed term role with an opportunity for an extension.
Location
Flexible, with a preference for the east coast.
In this role you will:
* Provide end‑to‑end change management support to ensure a positive people experience throughout the program.
* Create practical, easy‑to‑implement change artefacts in collaboration with the project team.
* Drive successful delivery, adoption, and embedding of change across Engineers Australia.
* Engage with project managers, sponsors, and senior stakeholders; report on progress, risks, and impacts.
* Assess business readiness, manage resistance, seek feedback, and build change capability using PROSCI methodology.
Here's what we're looking for:
* Experienced change practitioner with a strong track record managing projects from initiation to successful adoption of new processes, systems, and technologies.
* Skilled at simplifying complex content and creating change artefacts independently, while engaging multiple stakeholder groups.
* Proficient in delivering key change deliverables, including stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, communication plans, training needs analysis, and readiness assessments.
* Strategic thinker with the ability to manage risks, resolve issues collaboratively, and apply logical approaches in dynamic project environments.
* Holds relevant qualifications in change management or related fields, with PROSCI certification or extensive experience using the methodology.
