Role
Your role as a Customer Service Manager will involve you being the main point of contact for all current clients in your serviced office.
Your day to day will be varied, giving you great exposure to a number of different tasks involving:
Looking after the day to day running of the office, ensuring smooth operations
Communicating with your team and clients to solve any problems or to answer any questions
Organising and helping run events such as morning tea's and social events in the office space
Upselling any existing leases and taking enquiries from prospective customers

About You
As a Business Centre Manager you will have a natural knack for customer service. You be well presented, be a flexible worker, have great communication skills and have a can do attitude.
You don't need to come from a serviced office background but do come from a face to face customer service background and have a passion for customer service and organisation.
