About the Role
As a Customer Service Administrator, you'll be a key point of contact for customers throughout their solar installation journey. Your role is to ensure clear communication, accurate administration, and a smooth experience from sale to installation.
What the role involves:
* Managing customer communication and enquiries
* Coordinating timelines, updates, and workflow
* Preparing and updating administrative documents
* Supporting customers with a calm, empathetic and solution‑focused approach
* Working alongside an experienced, supportive team
* Receiving on‑the‑job training specific to the solar industry

About You
Previous customer service or administrative experience
Clear written and verbal communication
Strong organisational and time‑management skills
