About Us:
UNDR Ctrl is a creative music agency based in Darlinghurst, specialising in artist bookings, management, touring, events, and venue programming.
We represent a range of domestic and international artists including Bag Raiders, Cassian, 1tbsp, Close Counters, MAD.DAY, Two Another, Braxe + Falcon (FR), Layla Benitez (USA), Crÿbaby, MiNNA (UK), Denham Audio (UK), Nikki Nair (USA), Tiff Cornish, KURUPT FM (UK), Lucy Smith, and more.
Our event portfolio includes CLUB Ctrl, Not Another Disco Party and annual charity music football tournament, Musica Copa. We also provide weekly DJ and live entertainment for a number of pubs, bars and restaurants across Sydney.
Role Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Office Assistant to join our team, working across our full artist roster.
This is a junior role, requiring strong attention to detail, time management, multi-tasking, and interpersonal skills. Our ideal candidate will be very organised, passionate, and hard‐working, with excellent communication skills, and a creative mind.
We want someone with a deep knowledge and passion for the electronic music scene – someone who is always out at clubs, gigs and festivals, staying on top of current trends, and keen to deep dive into the scene.
This is a full-time position, working 5 days a week from our office in Darlinghurst.
Prior experience in the music industry is favourable, but not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Creating contracts and invoices for new bookings
* Advancing and creating worksheets for upcoming shows
* Managing our social media accounts
* Keeping our website up to date with new artist pages and new tours
* Creating social assets and promo concepts for events
* Managing our monthly newsletter
* Keeping artist rider documents up to date
* Assisting with our UC DJ weekly bar roster
* Assisting across events from organisation to on‐the‐day management
* General ad‐hoc administrative tasks
Requirements:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Excel/Google Sheets, Word/Google Docs
* Strong knowledge of social media platforms and relevant content
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast‐paced, dynamic office environment
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Willingness to attend and assist with events outside of work hours
* A sociable personality, eager to network and meet new people
