Palm Lake Resort Ballina are seeking an efficient and professional Administration Assistant to join their team in a Permanent Part Time position.
Offering 30 hours per week on a Monday to Thursday roster. This role directly supports the Resort Caretakers by providing high-level administrative assistance, ensuring daily operation of the resort's office functions run smoothly. You will be a first point of call for our onsite permanent residents and for general enquiries. This role is office based onsite in the resort.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Liaising with residents and visitors in a professional and friendly manner;
* Answering phone calls and handling inquiries promptly and effectively;
* Monitor & maintain email accounts, prioritising, escalating, and distributing general correspondence in a timely manner;
* Managing administrative duties, including coordinating office systems, compliance data and maintaining confidentiality;
* Assist with account management with end of month, invoicing and purchase orders;
* Ensuring professionalism in all interactions and maintaining high standards of service;

* Relevant experience in an office administrative support role;
* Highly developed interpersonal skills and the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders;
* Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise, multitask, and meet deadlines independently;
* High accuracy and data entry skills;
* A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work independently when required.
