- We are seeking an experienced change manager to support delivery of strategic initiatives within our Business Technology and Programs Department.
- This is a full time, permanent position. While WFH/Hybrid options are available, it is essential that the successful applicant maintains a presence at our Blackburn North office in line with our hybrid working model.
**About the role**
- Reporting to the Director, Operational Programs responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
- Assessing the magnitude and impact of change, and the change readiness of the operational and business initiatives by conducting thorough methodological investigations and impact assessments for stakeholders
- Understand strategic deliverables and develop and implement structured change management strategies and methodologies, tailored to AV, to facilitate and promote necessary, and culturally appropriate, changes
- Deliver business change improvement initiatives in line with the endorsed program, change and improvement management methodology and AV's change management framework to link adoption of change to successful outcomes
- Coach and mentor program peers on change resistance, sound change approaches and change models that help facilitate the implementation and acceptance of new ideas, systems and practices in the workplace
- Perform quantitative assessments of key milestones, change success and change adoption, and track and report issues and risks to the relevant stakeholder
**About you**
- To be considered for this position you will possess a postgraduate degree or relevant industry certification (or progress toward) in organisational change, human resources, organisational psychology, professional change management certification e.g. Prosci or equivalent with high level relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of training and sound experience. Other requirements include:
- Demonstrated experience in supporting wide and complex organisational transformation, in the context of being part of a project team responsible for managing a change program with multiple initiatives across business processes, systems, digital transformation and cultural shifts
- Practical experience on at least one implementation team for a complex and enterprise-wide system or similar significant transformation project that spans technology, service, process and people with a demonstrated record of achievement in planning and managing the development, implementation and delivery of change within tight timeframes
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools including stakeholder analysis/assessment/IAP2, Change Management Plans, impact assessments, change readiness, learning needs analysis, learning plans, business processes, change evaluation/surveys, and transition planning
