As a Rehabilitation Councillor, you'll walk alongside clients as they navigate recovery, return to work, and help them to reconnect with what matters most.

* Assess clients' rehabilitation needs following injury or illness.
* Support clients to define meaningful recovery or employment goals, then co-design and deliver tailored rehabilitation plans.
* Manage cases end-to-end: coordinate with workplaces, healthcare providers or insurers, monitor progress, adjust plans, and support sustainable outcomes.
* Provide expert advice — functional capacity or return-to-work — based on your clinical specialism.
Build relationships and collaborate with multiple stakeholders: clients, their treating practitioners, employers, insurers — helping bring everyone together around a shared goal of recovery and reintegration.

What You'll Bring
* Tertiary qualifications in relevant field.
* AHPRA, ASORC professional registration.
* Pass a national criminal check, prior to commencing employment
* A current WWCC (Working with children check)
* Full Australian working rights
* A driver's licence and willingness to work in different settings (workplaces, client homes, remote-onsite assessments and coordinate across stakeholders)
* A collaborative, problem-solving mindset, accompanied by professional integrity
