Candidate Profile
We are looking for a passionate and motivated individual with a strong desire to help participants succeed in employment. The ideal candidate will have:
* A positive attitude and relationship building skills to build positive relationships with participants and employers.
* Quality-focused with attention to detail and ability to follow guidelines.
* Problem solving skills capable of thinking outside the square and developing strategies for sustainable employment placement.
* Tech-savvy and confident in using computers and online systems.
