This role blends leadership and growth, mentoring a small PM team while driving new business and managing a small capped portfolio. Duties
* Lead and support a small PM team
* Run team meetings and uphold standards
* Drive new managements (warm leads + database)
* Manage a capped portfolioBuild strong relationships with landlords and clients
Skills & experience
* Strong Property Management background
* Knowledge and keen interest in business development
* Confident leading and mentoring others
* Tech savvy across modern PM systems
* Current real estate licence required
