Job Description
The HR Administrator will support the HR Manager with various tasks, including:
* Onboarding and offboarding processes
* Employee records management
* Internal recruitment support
* Employee engagement activities
* Scheduling appointments and diary management
* Training and development programs
The successful candidate will ensure that HR administrative processes are smooth, accurate, and timely, while working closely with the HR Manager and other departments to provide exceptional service to all employees.
Requirements
* Lives within a suitable commute distance to Laverton North VIC AU 3026
* Holds a current Driver's license
* Qualification: Minimum Certificate in Human Resources or equivalent
* Strong communication skills, engaging with people at all levels in the organisation in a positive and professional manner
* High degree of computer proficiency, exceptional organisational skills, and experience in Human Resources or Executive Assistant roles

* This is a contract role for a maximum of 12 months with the potential for a full-time position
