Job Description
* End‐to‐end Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
* Managing supplier and subcontractor relationships, including day‐to‐day communication
* Managing and tracking retention payments
* Preparing and managing payment schedules aligned to project milestones
* Processing receipts and maintaining accurate financial records
* Providing financial and administrative support to Project Managers
* Day‐to‐day office management and general business administration
* Identifying and improving processes and systems across finance and admin
The Successful Applicant
* Experience in a Finance & Administration, Office Manager, or senior accounts role
* Strong AP/AR skills within a construction or project‐based environment preferred
* Comfortable managing suppliers, trades, and multiple stakeholders
* Proactive, self‐motivated, and able to work autonomously
* Practical mindset - able to see what needs to be done and take ownership
* Confident communicator with strong organisational skills
