Property Sales and Lettings Consultant
About the Role:
* You will be responsible for managing sales and lettings operations, working closely with clients to achieve their property goals.
A key part of your role will involve conducting market research to stay up-to-date on market trends. You should also have excellent communication skills to effectively negotiate with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
Key Responsibilities Include:
1. Purchasing properties
2. Selling residential properties Negotiating rents with tenants' representative Marketing available rental properties or new developments
In addition to these responsibilities ,you will work alongside other teams including mortgage consultants,surveyors,and estate agents.to provide a seamless experience for our clients .
