Property Service Coordinator Job Opportunity
The Property Service Coordinator role involves overseeing client requests related to property and facilities repairs and maintenance.
* Manage incoming calls from multiple clients portfolios.
* Address and evaluate requests efficiently.
* Implement effective strategies to respond to customer needs.
* Analyse costs against established guidelines.
* Verify and track work orders until completion.
* Approve invoices, arrange payment, interface with the Accounts Payable department, and resolve vendor queries.
* Take ownership of resolving customer issues.
* Manage contract documentation.
* Streamline business processes and workflows.
* Supervise subcontractors and negotiate contracts.
* Utilize information systems applications.
* Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call centre environment.
* A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office software, particularly Word and Excel.
* A passion for delivering exceptional customer satisfaction in the property industry.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive under pressure.
* Previous experience or understanding of the property sector is advantageous, as well as familiarity with commercial lease agreements.
* Australian citizenship is required.
