Qualifications & Experience
* A degree or higher degree with at least four years of relevant experience in laboratory operations within anatomy, physiology, medical radiation, imaging, or related biomedical sciences.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work across projects and collaborate effectively.
* Experience in leading a high-performing team and supporting continuous improvement.
* Problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex environments with competing demands.
* Experience working with human donor material, respecting ethical and legal standards.
* Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental principles and commitment to safety compliance.
