The Role
As a Registered Nurse (High Intensity), you will:
* Provide skilled, high-intensity care for individuals with complex health needs.
* Work as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team.
* Deliver safe, evidence-based clinical interventions.
* Support clients and their families with compassion and professionalism.
* Ensure care plans are followed while promoting dignity and independence.
Skills and Experience Needed
To truly shine in this role, the following skills are essential:
* Experience in high-intensity clinical care such as:
* Tracheostomy care
* PEG/enteral feeding management
* Ventilator support
* Complex wound and pressure care
* Urinary catheter and subcutaneous injection support
* Dysphagia assistance and mealtime safety
* Epilepsy and seizure management
* Strong clinical assessment and emergency response skills
* Safe medication administration and infection control expertise
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation abilities
* Empathy, reliability, adaptability, and a genuine passion for patient-centered care
* Flexibility to work across shifts, including nights and weekends.
Requirements
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
* Minimum 2 years' experience in high-intensity or acute care
* Full, unrestricted Australian work rights
* Valid driver's licence
* Working With Children Check and current police check

Job Type: Casual
Pay: $35.00 – $60.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
