Your duties may include:
* working within a Chaplaincy team that accepts different faiths, religious or philosophical views, sexuality or gender
* delivering spiritual or religious support and pastoral care to ADF members and their families
* providing advice on military matters relating to spiritual, religious and pastoral wellbeing, personal morality, ethics, culture, character formation, esprit de corps and morale
* promoting and supporting a culture of inclusiveness and displaying respect for differing beliefs, theological thought and culture
* working side-by-side with people and religious leaders from all faith groups while in Australia and overseas.

Salary
Upon completion of initial military and employment training, you will enjoy a salary package starting from $120,064.
Location
Following training, you may be posted to one of the major Air Force bases around Australia, such as RAAF Base Amberley or Williamtown.

For this role, you must be at least 17 at the time of enlistment, an Australian Citizen, have completed a bachelor or postgraduate level in theology, ministry, pastoral care or chaplaincy, with at least one unit of pastoral counselling skills and one unit of pastoral counselling theory.
