 
        
        Operations Assistant – Bunbury Depot 
Full Time | $70,000 – $75,000 + super + on-call allowance

Traffic Force is a WA-owned traffic management company with nearly 20 years of experience and a strong reputation for safety and teamwork. Based at our Bunbury depot, you’ll play a key role in supporting our crews, keeping the depot running smoothly, and helping the Operations team deliver for our clients. 
What you’ll be doing 
Open and close the depot, making sure everything is ready to go 
Support crews at the start and end of shifts (vehicles, equipment, fit-for-work checks) 
Process worksite documentation and simple admin tasks each day daily 
Monitor and document calls to provide updates to the team 
Assist with scheduling, equipment, and stock takes when needed 
Visit worksites and provide feedback to crews 
Assist with incident follow-up if required 
What we’re looking for 
A current WA Manual C Class driver’s licence 
White Card (or willing to get one) 
MRWA accreditations (TC, BWTM, WTM – or willing to complete training) 
Good communicator – confident on the phone and with crews 
Basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, operating system) 
Reliable, organised and safety-focused 
Willing to work early starts, late finishes and take part in on-call roster
