We’re a well-established manufacturing organisation based in Rydalmere with strong plans for continued growth, and we’re now seeking a motivated Junior Administrator to join our team and build a long-term career in the manufacturing sector.

About the Role

This is an excellent junior-level opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in administration and accounts within a manufacturing environment.

You will support daily office operations through general administration, accurate data entry, and assisting with invoice and accounts-related tasks.
Training will be provided, with the opportunity to develop valuable skills and grow within the business.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform general administrative duties to support daily operations
* Accurate data entry and maintenance of internal systems
* View, check, and assist with processing invoices
* Support basic accounts tasks (accounts payable/receivable)
* Monitor and respond to administration emails
* File and manage documents (electronic and physical)
* Assist with basic reporting and document preparation
* Support general office duties as required
* Work independently and as part of a supportive team
About You
* Junior candidate or early in your career, keen to learn and grow
* Strong work ethic — reliable, punctual, and professional
* High attention to detail, especially with data entry and invoices
* Experience with invoices or basic knowledge of invoicing processes preferred
* Some exposure to administration or accounts is an advantage but not essential
* Good organisational and time-management skills
* Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word & Excel essential)
* Interest in building a career within the manufacturing sector
