Business Management Assistant to Chief Financial Officer

Permanent – Full Time

In this role, you'll become a trusted partner to our Chief Financial Officer and the wider leadership team. You'll provide high level executive support and take the lead on coordinating information, preparing reports and ensuring our statutory and organisational reporting requirements are met. Your work will help us make informed decisions and stay aligned with our strategic direction.

You'll also support a range of departmental projects, helping to drive continuous improvement across our systems, processes and business practices. From managing communications and preparing presentations to coordinating meetings and special events, you'll be the person we rely on to keep us organised, informed and working efficiently.

You're someone who brings confidence, initiative and professionalism to everything you do. You know how to juggle competing priorities, and you take pride in producing high quality work. Communicating clearly with a wide range of people while approaching problem solving with curiosity and persistence, this role also calls for strong organisational skills, experience delivering project or administrative support and the ability to analyse information and prepare polished reports. Specifically, you will also bring:

Diploma level qualifications, or extensive equivalent experience and qualifications, in a relevant discipline such as Finance, Business, Management, or Human Resources.Advanced organisational skills with the ability to work independently and in partnership with other team members in a fast-paced environment; planning and prioritising own and others work and tasks to meet competing deadlines.Proven high-level and professional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce high quality reports and presentations, manage sensitive situations, tailor communication styles to suit specific audiences to support a preferred outcome.Demonstrated project leadership and support, research, analytical and problem-solving skills for projects or activities that involve multiple stakeholders.Understanding broad concepts of the various function that are performed by the teams within Financial Services to enable the incumbent to support the department.
