We are seeking a Business Development Representative to join our team in VIC, responsible for generating new business and increasing sales of INNOVA Fibre Cement products and systems among the largest residential builders and contractors.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Achieve set sales targets while driving profitable business growth
* Represent INNOVA's diverse range of products and promote these offerings to residential builders
* Increase the use of INNOVA fibre cement with large residential detached and townhouse builders in their projects
* Utilise CRM to track and update sales activities, aiming to meet KPIs
* Maintain strong relationships with key accounts through regular contact with customers
* Develop new business opportunities with both existing and potential customers
* Formulate and implement strategies for account management, market development, and technical support
* Deliver engaging client presentations and product training to both large and small groups
Your Qualifications:
* Experience as a Business Development Representative or Sales Account Manager
* Demonstrated success in business development within the building and construction sector, particularly with large residential builders; fresh ideas and enthusiasm from recent graduates are also valued
* A trade qualification or a tertiary degree in business, marketing, construction management, or a related field is an advantage, but relevant experience or passion for the industry is also encouraged
* Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
* Excellent time management skills
* Current driver's license
