About The Role
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Enrolled Nurse to join our dedicated team at Bene St Paul's in Hahndorf. In this part-time permanent role, you’ll work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, resident-centred care. You will:
Deliver clinical care tailored to residents' individual health, safety, and wellbeing needsSupervise and support Personal Care Workers (PCWs)Administer medications and monitor residents' health conditionsMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentationUphold aged care standards, AHPRA requirements, and Bene’s care policies.
What We’re Looking For
Diploma of Nursing (or equivalent)Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled NurseMinimum 2 years’ experience in a nursing role (aged care preferred)Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of age-related health needsExcellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skillsA commitment to person-centred care, dignity, and respectCurrent First Aid, CPR, and Manual Handling certificationCurrent National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
Desirable Skills
Italian-speaking ability (highly regarded, but not essential)Post-basic qualifications in aged care
