Job Title: Real Estate Technology Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Technology Manager to lead our company's technology strategy and implementation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the full suite of Proptech applications, platforms, and vendor relationships supporting our national network of real estate offices.
About You:
* You have a tertiary qualification in IT or Business and industry experience.
* You have proven experience in implementing and maintaining real estate technology solutions across sales, property management, CRM, and trust accounting systems.
* You have strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across technical and non-technical teams.
* You have demonstrated ability to manage third-party vendors and implement continuous improvement practices.
* You have extensive project and change management experience within IT or technology environments.
* You have proficiency with a range of real estate CRMs, integrations, and developing technology adoption strategies.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage the Proptech ecosystem including contracts, supplier performance, and system improvements.
2. Maintain and deliver the real estate technology roadmap with a focus on efficiency and cost reduction.
3. Partner with internal teams and vendors to develop and implement technology enhancements.
4. Provide guidance and training on technology adoption to state managers and franchise partners.
5. Develop frameworks to support the integration, reporting, and optimisation of Proptech tools.
6. Monitor and report on ROI, usage, and cost-saving outcomes of technology investments.
