Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Relationship Management Professional to join our team. This is a full-time, 12-month fixed term opportunity that will play a pivotal role in managing customer accounts and ensuring smooth operations.

About the Role:

* Coordinate contracts, orders, manage accounts, resolve issues, and assist with pricing and service requests
* Act as a key contact for customers, carriers, and distribution agents
* Support Area Managers with pricing, quotes, and seasonal offers
* Liaise with carriers to meet customer needs
* Manage rebates, credits, and service requests
* Maintain accurate customer data

Requirements and Qualifications:

* Previous experience in administration, customer service, or similar roles
* Strong systems knowledge (Microsoft Office, ERP systems)
* Excellent problem-solving skills
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Great organisational skills with the ability to handle and prioritise multiple tasks
* Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and effectively manage challenging situations
