About the Opportunity
Commencing in February 2027, our Agronomy stream will equip you with the skills and training to become a future leader or technical expert in agronomy. Over 24 months, you will join a cohort of fellow graduates, attend four leadership and skill‐building workshops, receive hands‐on training, and be guided by three mentors. You will be a full‐time employee from day one, delivering real work and real results.

What You'll Need to Be Successful
* Graduated prior to the 2027 program commencement or no longer than three years ago, with at least a Diploma in Agriculture, Ag Science, or a related field
* Willingness to learn, a proactive approach, strong communication skills, and passion for agriculture
* Demonstrated customer service, problem‐solving and leadership capabilities
* Permanent visa status or ongoing Australian work rights, as the position is permanent
