Duties
It's an exciting time at icare where no two days are the same; as the Head of Supplier Excellence, you will:
* Lead contract management for ICT, Corporate, Goods & Services.
* Build capability and lead a high-performing team.
* Uplift organisation-wide contract management skills and best practice.
* Advise senior leaders on commercial strategy, risk, and supplier performance.
* Oversee strategic contracts to drive value, innovation and sustainability.
* Report supplier performance, risks and opportunities to key committees.
Skills & Experience
* Strong leadership experience within procurement or contract management.
* Expertise in strategic supplier management and performance frameworks.
* Deep understanding of commercial risk, governance and dispute resolution.
* Knowledge of NSW Government procurement frameworks (desirable).
