About the Role
Reporting to the Instructional Design Manager, you will be instrumental in analysing learning needs, designing training materials, and developing a suite of learning materials that enable business users to operate successfully with new processes, data, reports, and Salesforce CRM functionality.
Key responsibilities include:
* Collaborating with the Instructional Design Manager and S360 Change Managers to analyse staff learning needs and develop comprehensive, audience-appropriate, and culturally sensitive training solutions.
* Engaging with Salesforce and other implementation partners to develop accurate, scalable, and maintainable training content, leveraging partner expertise where appropriate.
* Designing and developing Training Plans, eLearning modules, instructional videos, user guides, and learning assessments to confirm user competence with new systems and processes.
* Identifying training environment requirements and collaborating with S360 teams to ensure training delivery aligns with the project's Training Plan.
* Supporting the transition of training materials into operational ownership and the delivery of train-the-trainer and end-user training sessions as required.
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date training and assessment documentation in accordance with Macquarie's record management policies.

About You (Selection Criteria)
You are a skilled instructional designer who thrives in project environments and brings a genuine passion for creating learning experiences that make a real difference. You combine strong technical capability with exceptional communication skills, enabling you to translate complex system and process information into clear, engaging, and accessible training for diverse audiences including senior and executive management.
* Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline and/or equivalent experience, along with a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
* Demonstrated experience in planning, developing, and delivering high-quality learning content and materials for IT programs or projects.
* Experience in the development of eLearning, instructional videos, and user guides, including proficiency with Articulate 360, Camtasia, and other learning software.
* Experience in the administration of Learning Management Systems.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to integrate business processes, data standards, and technology into learning materials for non-technical audiences.
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex information into easily understood instructions and guidance.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver to deadlines in a dynamic project environment.
* Experience in developing learning content for Salesforce or other CRM solutions, and/or related experience in the tertiary or public sector (Desirable)
