We are now seeking applicants to join our Customer Experience Move Management team under the Allied Moving Services brand.
This role offers a hybrid work set up post probation - 2 days office / 3 days work from home. During probation more frequent attendance is expected at our Hume, ACT branch.
Applicants may be required to work in our clients office in Barton as requested and have the ability to obtain their NGV1 clearance if requested.

The Move Management Consultant is responsible for coordinating the E2E process of the household goods product both domestically and internationally in an efficient and timely manner for our clients across the AUNZ region.
A day in the life of a Move Management Consultant include but not limited too:
- The successful execution of the moving services component of corporate relocations including ancillary services
- Action customer needs within the household goods policy counselling
- Ensuring database accuracy and communication of Information to clients, vendors and colleagues
- Reconciling and authorising invoices & billing needs to guarantee up to date cost management for both client and business.
Who are we looking for?
The can do attitude of the Allied brand will come naturally to our applicants who show a real enthusiasm to support our customers and a desire to deliver a stress free moving experience. You are able to remain calm and focussed on your work at hand in high paced workdays with the maturity to fall back on process & procedure. The following skill set will set you up for success;
- Able to obtain NGV1 clearance
- Previous Mobility, Moving Services or similar industry experience is highly advantageous
- Previous experience handling corporate clients and relationship management is desirable however not essential
- Possess strong customer service and communication skills across multiple platforms
- Be a self-starter with initiative and have the drive to succeed
- Be highly organised with effective time management skills to manage multiple caseloads at a single time across a number of different clients
- Able to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Competent in Microsoft Office suite
