Job Description Provide strategic financial and commercial leadership, driving performance, efficiency, and informed decision-making Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, commercial analysis, business cases, and enterprise performance reporting Oversee procurement strategy, governance, sourcing, contract management, supplier performance, and value-for-money outcomes Ensure robust risk, compliance, governance, and assurance frameworks across finance, procurement, property, and commercial operations Lead a team of 1-2 direct reports Qualifications Senior leadership experience across finance, commercial services, vendor management, and procurement, with relevant tertiary and professional qualifications Proven ability to work at pace, understand business needs, evaluate competing demands, lead high-performing teams, and deliver strong commercial outcomes Expertise in FP A, pricing, investment analysis, vendor management, and procurement Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills with strong analytical and commercial acumen Demonstrated capability to drive change, strengthen frameworks, and lead continuous improvement and innovation Knowledge and experience in early years settings (Kindergarten, OSHC, Childcare) and/or adjacent industry highly valued Ongoing full-time Australian work rights Additional Information What's in it for you?
