About the Role
Due to continued growth of the business, we are seeking a motivated and reliable Yard & Stores Person to join our Jandakot Workshop Team on a permanent full-time basis.
The successful candidate will support day-to-day yard and stores operations, including the preparation of equipment for mobilisation to client sites, freight coordination, and maintaining the overall organisation and cleanliness of the yard.
This role offers stability, with paid overtime potentially available during peak periods, and provides opportunities for career development across various areas of the business including operations, site-based roles, and apprenticeships.
Requirements & Experience Needed
* Construction White Card (essential)
* A Current Drivers Licence (essential)
* Experience booking freight (advantageous)
* Experience raising Purchase Orders (advantageous)
* Current Australian Driver's License (Class C – Manual)
* LF High Risk Forklift Licence (including high reach forklift experience)
* Previous experience working in a warehouse or yard environment
* Ability to work effectively within a team, as well as independently
* Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
* Strong reading and writing skills
* General housekeeping and yard maintenance experience
* Basic skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Office programs
