Job Title
We are seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to support the delivery of complex residential and mixed-use housing projects. This role will work closely with our Project Managers and site teams to ensure contracts, documentation, and compliance processes are watertight from tender through to handover.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and Administer Contracts: Develop and manage contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders to ensure seamless project execution.
* Maintain Project Documentation: Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of project documentation, registers, and compliance records.
* Support Claims and Variations: Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve claims, variations, EOTs, and subcontractor payments in a timely and efficient manner.
* Collaborate with Teams: Work effectively with consultants, suppliers, and internal teams to drive quality, budget, and timeline outcomes across multiple live projects.
Requirements
* Experience: Proven experience in a similar CA role within construction (residential or community housing preferred).
* Contract Law and Compliance: Strong understanding of contract law, construction processes, and compliance standards.
* Document Control and Time Management: Excellent document control, attention to detail, and time management skills.
