* Develop expertise in the relevant therapeutic area, products, and market trends to provide valuable insights to customers.
* Implement strategic business plans tailored to your territory to maximize sales opportunities.
* Stay informed on the latest clinical data related to our product portfolio to make informed decisions.
* Build and nurture long-term relationships with healthcare professionals to establish trust and credibility.
* Maintain high clinical knowledge and professionalism in the role to ensure exceptional customer service.
Skills & Experience Required:
* Bachelor's degree in Science, Medicine, or Business (preferred).
* Previous pharmaceutical sales experience is highly regarded, although recent graduates with a strong academic background may also be considered.
* Strong commercial awareness and clinical understanding are essential for success in this role.
* Prior sales experience required for those new to the pharmaceutical industry.
* Territory management and field sales experience is an advantage but not necessary.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
* Ability to work independently and within a team to achieve shared goals.
* Valid driver's license (must not exceed 6 demerit points).
