As a Chief Santa Experience Manager, you will inspire and motivate your team to deliver unforgettable visitor experiences. You'll be the calm through the festive season, keeping operations running smoothly and ensuring the magic never fades.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and motivate your team to create magical moments for all visitors
* Manage daily operations, rosters and workflow
* Welcome families and keep the atmosphere joyful and merry
* Bring energy and maintain positivity even on the busiest days
* Oversee POS operations, processing and packaging visitor prints and photo packages with care and attention to detail
* Ensure every family's photo moment with Santa is top quality, the ultimate keepsake and memory of their Christmas experience
