An exciting opportunity has arisen for a **Radiologist Workflow and Support Office Administration Officer** who is able to hit the ground running and make this role their own. Self-motivated, you take pride in your work and are experienced in delivering administrative support to a high standard. Analytical with a keen eye for process efficiency, you will look for ways to continually improve the administration systems and workflow within the Radiologist team.
**What will you be doing?**
This is a newly created position responsible for supporting the workflow of our team of Radiologists. Based at our Support Office in Box Hill and reporting to the Operations Manager the key focuses of the position include:
- Provision of administrative support services to the Radiologist team including the monitoring of work priorities and workflow to ensure the efficient delivery of medical imaging reporting to our referrers.
- Co-ordination of Radiologists' commitments and reporting workload to ensure required reporting timeframes are met.
- Sourcing the required patient details (including the management/co-ordination of internal/external calls and updated data in our RIS) as required
- Office management of our Support Office

**What are we looking for?**
- 5 years+ administration experience in delivering high quality customer service outcomes in a fast-paced and dynamic medical imaging practice
- Strong understanding of radiologists' workflow within a medical imaging work environment
- Knowledge and understanding of medical imaging terminology
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of programs (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to demonstrate professional diplomacy, discretion and confidentiality
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomes
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Prioritisation and problem-solving
- Able to work independently and in a team environment
- Demonstrated process improvement mindset
