**About the role**
Nest Psychology is looking to grow our reception team to meet client demand. You will be an integral part of providing customer service and maintaining our friendly culture. As the face of Nest Psychology, this role will require you to work approx. 20 hours per week. In addition, you will be part of our casual pool of receptionists and so will be offered extra shifts from time to time to cover sick/ holiday leave.
Here's what is involved:
- Receptionist duties such as welcoming new clients, and processing payments
- Using our practice management system (Halaxy) to help to keep our practice records organised
- Finance tasks: ensuring accounts are paid, follow up payments as required
- Light cleaning

**Skills and experience**
- Prior experience as a receptionist is mandatory.
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Role would suit someone with medical or psychology practice administration experience.
- Mature-minded with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to engage with a diverse range of people
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to use Halaxy (our practice management system) is desirable - but not mandatory
- Good attention to detail is a must
- Exceptional computing skills, including basic operating systems, such as Microsoft Office.
- Natural problem solver, able to trouble shoot issues easily (eg: issues with IT, website, Medicare)
- Understanding of the necessity for confidentiality.
**Job Type**: Casual or part time
**Salary**: $22.50 - $34.00 per hour
