As a key player in the success of our Bond Street club, you will be the driving force behind inspiring thousands of people to begin their journey towards becoming more active, fulfilled and confident versions of themselves.

In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to interact with people from all walks of life and drive membership growth by performing outreach activities. This includes generating and converting high-quality sales leads through community outreach, seeking referrals and identifying new business opportunities.
">
Additionally, you will be responsible for achieving the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities, providing sales presentations and tours to prospective members, creating great member journeys via positive and personalised interactions, and achieving successful outcomes to enquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Proactively contribute to sales promotions and referrals campaigns
- Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach, seeking referrals and identifying new business opportunities
- Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities
- Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members
- Create great member journeys via positive and personalised interactions
- Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries
- Open and close the club as per the club roster
- Involve yourself actively in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey
- Conduct regular service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged in their journey and recommend club-based products that would boost their results and amplify their experience

Requirements:

- Current First Aid & CPR certificate.
- Problem-solving mindset - provide solutions that meet the needs of potential members
- Gift for communication - talk to anyone with ease and inspire them to take action
- Drive - goal-focused and continuously looking for new ways to excel
- Team player - rally through hard times and celebrate personal and team success
- Customer-focused - build rapport with people of all backgrounds and motivated to help them achieve their goals
