The Opportunity: Lead a High-Value, Asset-Backed Workshop Progressive Diesel Maintenance (PDM) is an established heavy diesel service and repair workshop poised for aggressive commercial expansion within the road transport sector. We are seeking an exceptional, highly-networked leader to take immediate and complete operational and commercial control.
This high-autonomy role is designed as a strategic Succession Plan. For the right visionary candidate, this position offers an immediate and accelerated Path to Ownership, allowing you to acquire a financially sound, asset-backed business within a structured timeframe.

This relationship is a core asset that ensures maximum workshop efficiency, minimal client downtime, and low working capital requirements for stock.
Proven Profitability: The core business demonstrates strong and consistent earning power, achieving excellent operational cash flow and profit margins, maintained through existing clientele.
Asset-Backed Acquisition: The sale is structured as Debt-Free, Cash-Free. The successful buyer will acquire significant Net Tangible Assets (NTA) at current market value (Plant, Equipment, and Working Capital).
Aggressive Incentives: We offer a highly competitive six-figure base salary package, plus substantial performance-based bonus opportunities (up to $30,000) in the first six months, directly tied to contract acquisition and rapid growth targets.
Core Mission & Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Contract Acquisition: Leverage your existing network to aggressively win and implement significant, recurring maintenance contracts with transport and logistics fleets.
Growth Target: Drive overall gross monthly revenue to a pre-agreed target designed to maximize labour utilisation and profitability.
Efficiency: Oversee all workshop operations, staff performance, P&L; management, and adherence to superior service quality.
Key Responsibilities Business Development (Primary Focus): Actively hunt, pitch, and secure long-term service agreements within the target road transport and logistics industries.
Commercial Leadership: Full accountability for P&L;, optimizing operational efficiency, and managing costs to drive profit growth.
Client Management: Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key fleet managers and business owners.
Succession Readiness: Ensure all workshop systems and processes are fully documented and transferable to ensure a seamless handover.
What You Bring Non-Negotiable: A demonstrated, active network of key decision-makers (Fleet Managers, Operations Directors, etc.) within the local Road Transport and Logistics industry. You must provide clear evidence of personally securing significant B2B service contracts.
Experience: Minimum 5+ years in a senior commercial or operational leadership role within the heavy vehicle/diesel service sector.
Financial Acumen: Proven ability to manage a full P&L; and drive measurable growth.
Drive for Ownership and Financial Readiness: A clear, established desire to own and operate a business, with confirmed financial capacity to capitalise on an immediate equity opportunity.
