What you can expect in a day in this role:
In this role, you will be responsible for attending to inquiries from our gaming patrons, preparing and dispensing beverages, and providing exceptional customer service.
Some of your day-to-day duties will include:
* Managing and maintaining gaming functions and operations
* Managing TAB functions
* Day-to-day operations of gaming rooms
* Assisting patrons with both food and beverage orders, inquiries and complaints
* Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards
What you will bring to the role:
* Demonstrated cash handling proficiency
* Knowledge of all gaming machine regulations, compliance, operations, and procedures
* An understanding of food & beverage products and services
* A professional & mature "can do" attitude with the ability to work autonomously
* Current Tasmanian Responsible Service of Gaming Certificate (RSG) and Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA)
* Keno Writer & Gaming Machine Attendant or Senior Keno Writer and Gaming Machine Supervisor Certificates and TAB would be advantageous
Please note:
Success in this role requires flexibility to work a range of evening and weekend shifts. Availability on public holidays may also be required.
