**About the role**:
As a Customer Service Officer on the front desk of our Caboolture office, you will deliver a high level of service as a first point of contact for customers seeking advice, assistance or information regarding Unitywater. You will provide professional, accurate and timely customer service regarding our operations through multiple channels whilst always maintaining confidentiality of customer information. There is also an opportunity to progress digital communication channels and flexible working to improve our customer service offering and work with our customers in a way that suits them into the future.
