The Opportunity
As part of our tight-knit team, the Warehouse / Counter Sales Operator is focused on delivering high standards in warehousing and service for all our customers.
**Some key responsibilities will include**:
- Warehouse operations including picking orders, inventory counts and general housekeeping
- Loading and unloading customer vehicles
- Hold safety as a high value and have the customer at the heart of all you do
- Upselling and cross-selling through understand customers' needs and offer products & solutions to suit their requirements
- Processing orders, invoices, payments, and stock control
- Maintaining high standards of displays and merchandising in our store
- And most importantly a willingness to learn coupled with a great attitude
- Friendly, engaging, confident and resilient
- Strong customer service & retail sales experience
- Flexible attitude and enjoys a challenge - "No job too small, no task too great"
- Enjoys working in a tight-knit team environment
- Physically fit - comfortable doing a 25kg single lift
- Valid forklift license
**Hours of Work**:
- Monday to Friday: 6:00am to 3:00pm
