In this role you will deliver technical support and solutions with outstanding customer experienceProvide resolution of customer complaints effectively and in a timely manner is part of th is functionFurther you will build strong collaborative relationships with your team as well as other departmentsIdentify and communicate local growth opportunities and maintain efficient warehouse processesYou will also contribute to the overall branch performanceAdditionally you are in charge to accurate and timely process orders in SAPFurther, you will comply with SPW Safety policies and procedures is required

You have experience in a retail sales environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skills are necessaryMoreover you have a strong focus on customer serviceSAP skills are desirableWelding, Fabrication or similar trade knowledge would be highly regarded
