Job Responsibilities
1. Support the leaders of the People Team, the Global Culture, Communication and Experience Team, and the site People Team Manager, partnering with People Partners to define, build, and grow the company culture.
2. Build strong internal networks, drive change management, and lead communication and leadership initiatives for Culture & Engagement (C&E).
3. Assist and facilitate the implementation of internal engagement and pulse surveys, including action planning and goal setting, providing leadership with insights to foster positive change.
4. Implement strategies to enhance employee retention and productivity across all company levels.
Diversity and Inclusion
* Support the development, implementation, and assessment of strategies and programs aimed at attracting, retaining, and promoting a diverse workforce.
* Coach leaders on Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) best practices and collaborate with HR and management to foster a culture of respect, inclusion, and belonging.
* Develop employee events and networks that promote personal development and contribute to a diverse and inclusive work environment.
People Communications and Employer Branding
* Define communication strategies and execute programs to promote corporate culture and business strategy organization-wide.
* Assist in developing and implementing employer branding and employee value propositions.
* Create strategies that enable employee engagement and alignment with organizational goals, including new ways of working.
* Lead the development of recognition initiatives valued across all levels of the organization.
* Support the People Team in creating engaging communications that reflect our employer brand and attract top talent.
* Manage ad-hoc projects to enhance employee and stakeholder experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
* Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university is required.
* Minimum of 1 year experience in a Culture & Engagement role.
* Experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating enterprise-wide culture and engagement strategies.
* Proven ability to plan and execute communication campaigns and projects.
* Ability to simplify complex information into engaging content.
