FUCHS offers competitive pay commensurate with experience in a similar position. The range for this position is $26.00 - $28.00 per hour, but actual compensation will vary depending upon a new hire's experience and qualifications as well as internal equity.
Work Schedule: Position availability is for 2nd shift (3:00 PM to 11:30 PM) and 3rd shift (11:00 PM to 7:30 AM), Monday through Friday. Flexibility may be required to support production needs, including occasional overtime.
Your Responsibilities:
As a Chemical Operator, you'll play a key role in creating high-performance lubricants that power everything from cars to wind turbines. You'll work in a fast-paced, safety-first environment where your contributions truly matter.
* Blend raw materials into high-quality products based on precise customer specs
* Follow detailed batch instructions to ensure consistency and quality
* Use SAP software to manage inventory and production data
* Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace
Qualifications we are looking for:
* High School Diploma or equivalent (technical experience a plus!)
* 3+ years in manufacturing preferred
* Experience with compounding, blending, or mixing required
* Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working in varying temperatures
* Basic computer skills (SAP, MS Office)
* A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently
